About The Preserve
The Preserve at Woodside Estates is a subdivision located on the north side of Sample Road, West of Rock Island Road in Coral Springs. Its in the close proximity of Coral Springs High School. This is a gated community with relatively low HOOA fees. Most of the homes have two stories with attached two car garages and were build in the early 1990.
